GW’s General Manager, Nancy handles human resources, project insurance, contracts management, safety, marketing, and administration. Since joining the team in 2017, she tackled GW’s Summer of Safety training achieving staff re-certification and revamped the GW website while staying current with stringent employment law issues. Her background includes over twenty years of architectural / engineering / construction (AEC) business development, marketing and administration. Nancy volunteers on the legislative committee of SHRM-the Society for Human Resource Management. She holds a certificate in Employment Law from the Center for Legal Studies/University of Arizona and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Nancy and her husband, a retired GW driver, and their two dogs live in Vail, Arizona outside Tucson.
