Industry veteran, Rafael “Ralph” Lopez, joined Goodsell/Wilkins in 2017. Ralph brings almost 20 years’ experience in construction estimation and operations to his role as Chief Estimator with Goodsell / Wilkins. His expertise includes job estimating, negotiation, budget forecasting and monitoring. Ralph is a skilled leader whose teams consistently deliver innovative solutions to construction project situations. Ralph’s past experience includes serving as President of Century Construction that performed installation and construction for metal frame, drywall, demolition for commercial tenant improvement projects. He enjoys a vast network of general contractor, vendor and supplier relationships. Ralph studied finance at Rancho Santiago College. He is married and lives in Santa Ana.
